the hotel staff was very friendly. the evening entertainment was enjoyable. the aqua park provided great fun for children. the hotel's cleanliness made a positive impression (i noted how well maintained everything was).

i encountered a situation where the air conditioning in the sea view room only worked in one area. i reported it but it wasn't fixed . this impacted my comfort.

The resort atmosphere was WONDERFUL with fine views. The beach is nice, pools are clean, and the aquapark is super. Lifeguards were friendly. There were various food options at restaurants. The housekeeping service is excellent. I appreciated the bed decorations. I also liked the helpful bar staff.

There is limited equipment, it gets crowded, and there's no music or internet.

The location was fine. The beach was accessible.

My room wasn't ready when i arrived. I waited almost two hours. the air conditioning barely worked. The room service couldn't fix it. the noise from other guests kept me awake some nights. Kids were constantly screaming.

my visit was excellent. the cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel. the reception team offered a smooth and cute check-in. our family room matched our request and it was spacious. i found the restaurants superb, providing many options. the activities kept us busy with various entertainment. the aqua park exceeded my expectations.

i noticed the absence of english-speaking staff. communication occasionally required patience. i relied on guest service management for effective assistance. i wish the staff spoke english.

the service wasn't great as the rooms weren't cleaned until late afternoon. there was also no internet access in the rooms, a problem i reported several times but it was never resolved. this lack of attention to a basic amenity was very frustrating and affected my overall experience.
